Everything is made fresh in small batches to ensure freshness using quality natural organic ingredients such as pure essential oils, organic and certified organic herbs and extracts, raw natural materials and ingredients, organic herbal oils, and nature's finest ingredients. We only use stainless steel, glass, ceramic, and wooden cooking equipment or utensils to make our products. I make sure that all finished products are at room temperature before entering containers. Now that's a traditional handcrafted company!
It has grown to over 400 organic skin care products (without adding parabens, propylene glycol (DPG), EDTA, sodium laureth sulphates, drying alcohol (SD), lanolin, harsh detergents, formaldehyde, artificial ingredients, wheat, gluten, yeast, and preservative free, and other harmful additives). Our products are Enviromental and Ecologically safe, smoke free and pet free office, and cruelty free so they are never tested on animals.

How To Order Payment Methods
We accept orders from anywhere in the USA and Canada. There is No Handling charge and shipping depends on order amount. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Business and Personal Checks, Money Orders, and debit cards. Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy, LLC will appear on your credit card statement and PayPal notification. All mail and money orders, please make checks payable to "Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy".

Reminder, if your credit card number does not match your billing address, we will not ship the order. We will notify you.
If your order is over $300.00 we will not process it by credit card. You will need to send a money order or check (excluding wholesale).

Once we receive your order, your card will be charged and sent to the shipping department. All orders are shipped within 2-7 days. We ship First Class International unless your order is over 4lbs then it changes to Priority Mail. International orders can take up to 2 -4 weeks to clear customs and be delivered. - International and Canadian shipments will receive a surcharge- a difference between what was actually charged and what it actually cost Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy to send the package. Return Policy
We take pride in making and preparing our handmade products and package them very carefully. If you receive a package that is damages, leaked, or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours. Please save ALL packaging so USPS can inspect the box. If your items were sent in error or incorrect, please notify us with 24 hours, in order to ship the original order ASAP. Due to the nature of our handmade products, health, sanitary, and FDA reasons, all items purchased from Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy, LLC cannot be returned; All sales are final. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy for health reasons. Samples are available online or when placing an order by phone.
We are not responsible for temperature changes or humidity, that may cause consistency change, melting, or other issues. Please email us if an ice pack is needed for your order. We charge an extra $3.00 for ice packs.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are welcome for US and Canada and International. Please call 1-540-810-3936 and ask for a Wholesale Price List or visit our Wholesale Order page online and fill out the information. Once received FREE SAMPLES and a wholesale price list will be shipped to you. Samples only shipped to US and Canada customers only.
Wholesale Terms:
- Before placing an order, please fill out our Wholesale Order information. Once we receive it, a wholesale catalog and free samples will be shipped. When placing your first order, we will need a copy of your business license and sales tax ID number.
- Minimum of $50.00 on wholesale orders. ALL ORDERS once placed may not be cancelled.
- All first time orders must be prepaid (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal or money order accepted). First time wholesale orders get a 5% discount on order between $150.00 - $249.99 or 10% discount on an order $250.00 or more, free shipping on orders over $250.00 (US ONLY). We offer monthly specials and discounts for wholesale accounts.

Once packaged, the order will be sent to USPS (delivery confirmation and insurance required) for shipping. - We package our items very carefully. If for any reason you receive a package that is damages, leaked, broken or missing items, please contact us with 24 hours. PLEASE KEEP ALL packaging materials, product(s), and boxes for USPS to inspect. If any items were sent in error or incorrect, please contact us with 24 hours. DO not remove any seals, open or use any product(s) you received in error. We will ship your correct items ASAP.

All products are custom made for your skin care condition(s). If we are making a new batch of the product you are ordering, we will gladly exempt or add ingredients. Otherwise the items are shipped as they were formulate. You can also wait until the next batch is made to design or formulate your product. Products are made fresh weekly.

Preservatives and Shelf Life
We strive to offer the best natural organic skin care products and cosmetics on the market today using natural preservative such as Grapefruit seed extact. All products are labeled with an expiration date (from 3 months to 2 years depending on the product). Most of them should be used with 1 year. Our exfoliants should be used with 3-6 month. Some items require refrigeration. The label will indicate that. Since our products are natural organic and petrochemical free, life expectance is less compared to store bought chemcially made products.
