Arnica stimulates the peripheral blood supply when applied externally (topically), and is considered one of the best remedies for bruises and sprains. It helps relieve rheumatic pain and other painful or inflammatory skin conditions, so long as the skin is not broken! It is never used internally due to toxicity levels. Arnica crean can be used for conditions where poor circulation is a contributory factor, such as frostbite, or where the circulatory system needs some stimulation to encourage healing.
Used or muscular ache, pain, or inflammation, joint and bone pain or discomfort, use after a fall, bruising, fibromyalgia, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other muscular or joint related pain and inflammation.
Apply to skin several times a day. Do not use on open sore or broken skin.
