Dirt Pudding My Style takes the whole family to make it. You might say, I can do that myself. It's a lot more fun with the whole family!

What's so special about making dirt pudding? Laughs, tasting it while we mix the pudding and cool whip, and thinking about adding other ingredients to dress it up, like gummy worms. Our children, Benjamin and Catelynn enjoy crushing the oreo cookies. It's crush time, Ben says. Catelynn can't wait to lick the spoon. It's a special time and memories are made!

Most IMPORTANT Ingredients to make Dirt Pudding:

parents
children
love
smiles
funny faces

Other ingredients:

2 boxes of vanilla instant pudding
4 cups of 2% milk
1 small tub of cool whip
1 large container of oreo cookies or 4 rolls
9x13 pan
meat beater

spatula
whisk
bowl

Mix vanilla pudding and milk together in a large bowl. Whisk until mixed together thoroughly. Place oreo cookies into a zip lock pag. Zip shut and allow the children to use a meat beater (using the side not the ends to puncher the bag). Let them have at it, crushing the cookies. Once finished, place 1/2 of the oreo cookies into the 9x13 pan. Using your hands, spread the cookies out evenly. Set bag aside, whisk the vanilla pudding one more time. Using a spatula pour 1/2 of pudding mixer over the cookies. Spread out evenly. Sprinkle 1/2 of remaining oreos on top of the pudding. Spread out evenly. Pour remaining pudding on top of cookies. Spread out evenly. Sprinkle remaining oreos on top. Cool in frig for 30 minutes.

Idea: add gummy worms to mixer, kids love it!

Enjoy!
