One of my favorite dishes to take to a family dinner. Carrots have a high source of fiber, beta carotene, and potassium. Plain carrots are good, but I like to dress mine up a little.
1 bag of small carrots
3 T of Italian Seasoning
1T Garlic Powder
1T Cinnamon
2T of Liptons onion soup mix
Add into one pot and cook until carrots are tender. Enjoy!

1 box of ziti pasta
1 large jar of Italian diced tomatoes
1 box of frozen spinach
2 ounces of feta cheese
1 T garlic
Boiling water and add ziti pasta. Cook until done. Drain well. Once spinach is thawed, squeeze remaining water. Add spinach to pasta. Pour whole can of tomatoes in. Mix well. Add garlic and other seasoning if desired such as sea salt, braggs, or herb seasoning. Add feta, stir well. Eat warm of cool. Enjoy!
