As I was watching, "Dirty Job's" last week, I was shocked at watch was featured. A restaurant well known in Georgia selling fried pork told us where the fatty oil is taken to. Not only is it gross, lipid, and well fatty it is placed in a holding tank. After several days in the heat, well you can imagine the smell and consistency, not only the color becoming black. Closing Do unto others as you would have others do unto you. As I taught Childrens Church this week, I was reminded of what we teach our children, but do not follow the same guideline. If someone was talking bad about you or in other words gossiping, you should not spread more rumors. If someone stole from you, do not steal something back from them. If someone took the credit for the work you done, don't get mad or get even. These and many others are lessons in life that we teach our children, but when it comes to us adults, we don't always follow the rules. We are examples to our children and other adults. Most important God. Remember to encourage your children to love on another, be kind, and always show patience. Setting examples not only for christian women and men, but those who have not excepted Christ as their Lord and Savior. Our class made a bracelet with 7 beads to remind them this week to forgive others 70x7 if anyone hurts their feelings. I encourage you to do the same.
