I pray you all had a wonderful month and back to the normal routine with work and school. It's been a wonderful summer. Please take the time to pray for those who we lost on September 11th.

It's very important this fall and winter to hydrate your skin, not only from the inside, but on the outside too.
What's your skin care routine? First, make sure your intake of water is 4-6 quarts a day. Take Fish or Flax oil 2,000-5,000mg per day. A liquid is prefered, it's easier to take and tasteless (Health from the Sea is a good brand). Eat a low fat diet, high fiber, and reduce the amount of processed flour and sugar. Limit your intake of caffeine. It's nice to have a hot cup of coffee in the morning, but not all day long. Drink hot herbal teas like peppermint, blackberry sage, nettle, dandelion, or your favorite herbal tea mix. BTW the best Organic chemical free, water filtered coffee has to be "True Blue Coffee". It's aroma and flavor is like no other. Once I started drinking the Morning Blend, light and less caffeine, I personally cannot stand other coffee. Other blends seem bitter and tasteless. Hydrate your skin externally?
There are several natural and organic oils available on the market today. Jojoba oil is similar to our own sebum. It penetrates deeply to increase skin softness and reduce superficial wrinkles for several hours.
We use organic jojoba oil and esters in several of our products including the Organic Facial Washes, Facial Creams, Exfoliants, and more.
What about a day and night facial moisturizer?

Skin Care Routine for this Fall and Winter?
1) Exfoliate: our useful exfoliant scrubs and cleansers help rejuvenate skin by gently exfoliating dead skin cells using natural fruits and vegetable enzymes, seeds, jojoba esters, and more. Use 2-3 times a week and follow up with a toner and moisturizer.
3) Cleanse the Skin: cleansing your skin properly 2 times a day can reduce unwanted bacteria, fungus, candidia, and other unwanted pathogens. Using our uniquely designed organic facial washes with organic herbal extracts can do just that. Follow up with a toner and moistuizer. Remove make-up before bed.
4) Tone: Toners are wonderful tools to stop unwanted pathogens and close large pores. It's even useful for acne and troubled skin.
