All products are my own handcrafted original recipe and formulations. I create, bottle, label, package, and ship your order myself. Everything is made in small batches, using fresh organically grown or wildcrafted herbs and ingredients to ensure the highest quality and integrity. We only use stainless steel, glass, ceramic, and wooden cooking equipment or utensils to make our products. I make sure that all finished products are at room temperature before entering containers. Now that's a traditional handcrafted company!
It has grown to over 300 organic skin care products (without adding parabens, propylene glycol (DPG), EDTA, sodium laureth sulphates, drying alcohol (SD), lanolin, harsh detergents, formaldehyde, artificial ingredients, wheat, gluten, yeast, and preservative free, and other harmful additives). Our products are Enviromental and Ecologically safe, smoke free and pet free office, and cruelty free so they are never tested on animals.

Return Policy
As a customer of Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy, you can be assured knowing that you have purchased the finest quality organic product, handmade with integrity and the purest ingredients. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for an exchange, credit or refund. We will always do our best to satisfy our customers.
Return Policy
We package our products very carefully, but shipping can sometimes cause damage. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours and save all of your shipping materials. USPS will need it for inspection purposes and damage assessment. If you receive your products and are unsatisfied with the quality, call us immediately to receive a return confirmation number and then you can ship the products back to us for a refund (minus shipping, sale items, and discounts applied). Items must be returned back to us within 14 days (online and phone orders only). We are not able to refund shipping charges.
Available online are samples on our website - if you want to test out our products before purchasing a larger size.
Due to health reasons, all samples, herbal tinctures, colloidal silver, bar soap, facial mask and exfoliants and sale items purchased with Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy cannot be returned; We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy for health reasons.
We are not responsible for temperature changes or humidity, that may cause consistency change, melting, or other issues. Please email us if an ice pack is needed for your order. We charge an extra $3.00 for ice packs.
If for any reason, you are unsure about what products to get, please email us for a sample price list before purchasing a large jar.

When describing our herbal products and herbs in general, we use common historical and scientific knowledge of the herbs and their and common folk uses. Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any disease. Herbs are powerful allies and should be used with intention and respect to their power and potential to heal. It is recommended that you consult with a qualified herbalist or health care provider when in doubt.
How To Order Payment Methods
We accept orders from anywhere in the USA and Canada. There is No Handling charge and shipping depends on order amount. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Business and Personal Checks, Money Orders, and debit cards. After your card has been charged you will receive an email invoice from ProPay.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When ordering online thru Paypal, please make sure your address is current in your Paypal account’s profile. If your order is sent to an old address that has not been updated in your Paypal profile, it is not our fault, and you will have to pay another shipping charge to have the order re-sent to your current address. This can be avoided by updating your Paypal profile with current info regularly. Thanks for your understanding.
Reminder, if your credit card number does not match your billing address, we will not ship the order. We will notify you.
If your order is over $200.00 we will not process it by credit card. You will have to send a money order or check (excluding wholesale).

Once you have submitted your online order you will be notified immediately that it has securely reached our office and will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. In regards to internet transaction security, we are a certified secure site, and have what is known in the industry as SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Our encryption works on a 128-bit system, which is the highest form of security available and is completely verified through Verisogn. We have purchased this premium security package to insure that Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy customers are given the highest level of security offered on the market today.

~Wholesale Terms:
- It is required to provide a copy of your Resale or State business license along with your retail sales tax ID number.
- There is a Minimum of $50.00 on wholesale orders.
- All first time orders must be prepaid (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal or money order accepted), and then any following orders are NET 30 (with established credit account US ONLY).
- First time wholesale orders get a 5% discount on order between $150.00 - $249.99 or 10% discount on an order $250.00 or more, free shipping on orders over $250.00 (US ONLY). We offer monthly specials and discounts for wholesale accounts.
- A shipping will apply to all wholesale orders (under $250.00), based on weight of the package. You will be notified of shipping charges before your order is sent. The shipping fees listed below only apply to RETAIL orders.
- For your safety due to sanitary issues only damaged shipments may be returned, for wholesale orders. Sample price list is available before purchasing product(s) in a larger amount. Gallon containers of our products are available for private labeling.
- A 15% late fee will incur on all overdue payments after 30 days from the Invoice date.
- International orders other than Canada will be subject to handling fees. When you place an order, we will package it, send you an invoice for the order total and shipping and handling charges. Your order must first be PREPAID before we will ship.

If for whatever reason a shipment is refused by the receiver, or is deemed undeliverable due to no one to accept the package, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and all costs for sending the package back to Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy will be incurred by the original purchaser.
Canada Mail Shipping starts at $7.00 up to 1lb. FREE SHIPPING on all order over $125.00. If your order is order 1lb you are responsible for the extra shipping charge. Priority mail is also available. Orders are shipped out 24-72 hours (unless a holiday) after we receive them, unless an item is out of stock, orders are ahead of you or a holiday. If so, you will immediately be notified via email with the option of placing the product on backorder, or substituting with another product.
International Shipping: We do ship international with pre-approval. We do not ship to Israel, Iran, Irag, and Africa! We ship First Class International unless your order is over 4lbs then it changes to Priority Mail. International orders can take up to 2 -4 weeks to clear customs and be delivered. Please be aware we are not responsible for tariff and custom duties. We will email you before the order is shipped so you will know the shipping and handling charge for your order.
International and Canadian shipments will receive a surcharge- a difference between what was actually charged and what it actually cost Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy to send the package.We also insure all international orders. Once we receive a delivery confirmation showing your package has been delivered to the address given, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. You can contact consumer affiars in your local area for compensation.

What Ingredients do you use?
I use the purest ingredients, always. My products are made with herbs organically grown. Most of the herbs I grow myself, here at our Botanical Sanctuary. Sometimes organic dried herbs are purchased from quality organic growers and suppliers. Oils, butters and essential oils are top quality as well.
We NEVER use synthetic fragrances or oil, harsh detergents, mineral oil, petro-chemicals, parabens, sodium laureth sulphates, or other harmful toxic chemicals.

Do you use preservatives? What is the shelf life of your products?
We use ONLY natural preservatives- citric acid and Grapefruit Seed Extract. These are natural and work great to preserve our natural products. We don’t use harsh chemicals that have been linked to cancer to preserve the freshness of our products. Some of the big companies use potentially harmful (and more inexpensive) parabens instead. Products are all most fresh within a year. Do you want to use something that was made ten or even five years ago? We don’t! That is why we make our products fresh in small batches every week!
Shelf Life-
Because we use natural preservatives in our products, we recommend using them within one year unless expiration date is on the packaging.

What is your Privacy Policy?
Taylor Made Herbs and Aromatherapy is not interested in selling your personal info or addresses to anyone. We only need that info to fill your order. There is no SPAM? or third party mailing list, so don’t worry, your info is secure here. From time to time, we do send out periodic announcements of special product offerings such as discounts or seasonal items available through our website. Our newsletter is sent out privately to all subscribers.
