Return Policy

We take pride in making and preparing our handmade products and package them very carefully. If you receive a package that is damages, leaked, or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours. Please save ALL packaging so USPS can inspect the box. We may request the items be shipped back to us in the same box. If your items were sent in error or incorrect, please notify us with 24 hours, in order to ship the original order ASAP.

Please file a claim with USPS and take all packing, materials, etc to your local USPS. Once Taylor Made Organics recieves compensation, we will then re-ship the item(s) to you.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, health, sanitary, and FDA reasons, all items purchased from Taylor Made Organics, cannot be returned; All sales are final. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy for health reasons. Samples  are available online or when placing an order by phone.

We are not responsible for temperature changes or humidity, that may cause consistency change, melting, or other issues. Please email us if an ice pack is needed for your order. We charge an extra $3.00 for ice packs.

1. Before placing an order, please fill out our Wholesale Order information. Once we receive it, a wholesale catalog and free samples will be shipped. When placing your first order, we will need a copy of your business license and sales tax ID number.
2. Opening order minimum is $300.00 on wholesale orders. Subsquent order minimum is $200.00. ALL ORDERS once placed may not be cancelled.
3. Wholesale order can take 2-4 weeks to be shipped due to our uniquie handmade products. We will ship ASAP.
